The Design Guidelines provide direction on site planning, façades and finishes, and outbuildings. The Guidelines also provide street front design requirements, including landscaping, fencing and retaining walls. In addition, there are some optional ideas to help you create a home which is comfortable and more environmentally sustainable.
In addition, the Miramor Design Palette makes colour selection easy, by providing a list of pre-approved building materials and colours that you can select for the exterior of your home.
